## 1. Product
Copper Cathode (LME Registered Grade A, minimum purity 99.99%).

## 2. Product Specification
Standard LME Registered Copper Cathode specifications (detailed specifications available upon request in the Full Corporate Offer).

## 3. Indicative Pricing (CIF)
Prices are quoted as a **discount to the London Metal Exchange (LME) Copper Cash Settlement Price**.

## 5. Delivery Terms
CIF to Buyer's nominated safe world port (Incoterms 2020).

## 6. Payment Terms
100% Confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible SBLC or Documentary Letter of Credit (MT700) issued by a first-class international bank acceptable to the Seller. Payment released at port of loading against compliant shipping documents.

## 7. Inspection
Independent inspection by SGS (or equivalent) at the loading port for both quality and quantity. Inspection costs borne by the Seller.

## 8. General Soft Procedure
Applies to all serious inquiries:

1. Buyer issues **ICPO** on official company letterhead with full banking details and **Proof of Funds** (RWA / BCL / Bank Comfort Letter).
2. Seller issues **Full Corporate Offer (FCO)** with complete commercial terms and pricing.
3. Buyer accepts the FCO and returns signed copy.
4. Parties execute a formal **Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA)**.
5. Buyer's bank issues operative **SBLC or DLC** within the agreed timeframe.
6. Seller issues **2% Performance Bond** in favour of the Buyer.
7. Shipment schedule confirmed and cargo loaded as per agreed timeline.

This is a general procedure commonly used in international commodity trading and remains open for discussion. Should the Buyer have specific requirements, direct negotiation with the end Seller is possible.
