Pillar 1 · Service 01

Sourcing

We source physical commodities from verified producers across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe — combining first-hand origin-country intelligence with disciplined supplier diligence. Our sourcing capability covers metals and minerals, energy products, and agricultural inputs.

Every supplier we onboard is screened for production capacity, quality consistency, sanctions exposure, and OECD-aligned responsible-sourcing criteria. We don't broker theoretical cargoes — we work with tonnage we have visibility on.

  • Multi-origin sourcing across 7 commodity categories
  • Producer verification, audit-trail documentation, KYC
  • Route-risk assessment (sanctions, transit, conflict)
  • OECD due-diligence framework for mineral supply chains
  • Quality and quantity verification at load port

Physical Trading

We are an active physical trading group across petroleum, petrochemicals, fertilizers, base & industrial metals, battery & critical metals, precious metals, and bulk commodities. Our trading approach combines global market reach with deep technical product knowledge and a commitment to execution certainty.

We do not chase headline FOB prices without understanding the logistics, documentation, and banking stack behind a trade. In volatile commodity markets — particularly in 2025–2026 — execution quality and supply security matter as much as the entry price.

  • Base & industrial metals (copper, aluminium, zinc, lead, nickel, tin)
  • Battery & critical metals (lithium, cobalt, manganese, graphite)
  • Precious metals (gold, silver, PGMs — bullion and industrial)
  • Bulk commodities & industrial minerals (iron ore, coal, ferroalloys)
  • Petroleum, petrochemicals, fertilizers (retained core capability)

We arrange structured trade-finance facilities through our network of Swiss and international banking relationships — including documentary letters of credit, supply-chain finance, prepayment structures, and inventory financing. Our Swiss incorporation simplifies KYC and onboarding for counterparties used to working with Geneva, Zug, and Lugano trade-finance counterparts.

We are not a regulated financial institution. Trade-finance instruments are issued by banks; our role is structuring, documentation, and counterparty coordination to make transactions bankable.

  • Documentary letters of credit (sight, deferred, transferable, back-to-back)
  • Standby LCs and bank guarantees
  • Supply-chain finance and prepayment structures
  • Warehouse and inventory financing arrangements
  • Documentation, INCOTERMS structuring, escrow coordination

Our offtake capability supports project finance, provides revenue certainty for producers, and gives end-users dependable supply.

Offtake structures are bespoke. We work with producers across the lifecycle — from pre-production project marketing through to long-term operational supply.

  • Long-term offtake agreements with mines and refineries
  • Marketing arrangements for new production projects
  • Project-finance support documentation
  • Pricing benchmarks and index-linked structures
